APPLICATION FOR ADOPTION

Please note that the Adoption Application is not compatible with some I-Pads or Mobile Phones. We suggest you complete the Adoption Application using a laptop or desktop computer. If your application is successfully completed, you will get an automated confirmation email.

To help with the adjustment of a new dog, please read the document about decompression.

Requirements for adoption.

All applicants must be 21 years of age.

All pets must be up to date with their vaccinations.

These include:

Rabies
DHPP
Bordetella

All pets must have had a Heartworm test and be on prevention

All pets must be spayed or neutered

If all of your pets are NOT current with their vaccinations, then please stop and get them up to date.

If all of your pets are current with their vaccinations, then please go to Adoption application.
